Based in Alloa, STS is a computer support consultancy. Our skilled staff have extensive experience in providing computer support to small businesses and Home Users.

We work to ensure a solid customer relationship and high quality of service. Work-loads are carefully balanced to ensure that customers always receive the level of service they expect. You can use an as required basis or tailored maintenance contracts are available also.

We find that flexibility is one of our main assets and will always try our best to accommodate your specific needs. Out of hours assistance is available whenever you need it, usually with no additional expense.

What We Can Offer ................

Certainly there are no sales gimmicks within the web site. I work from home and so there are no major overheads in terms of business space etc. All I offer is a fuss free computer repair/upgrade at low rates. If its gimmicks and false promises, that catch your eye, i'm sure there are other companies that can supply.

As far as qualifications go, personally I have a Degree in 'Network Computing', and a HND in 'Computer Support'. I have worked in Sales & Support with Comet (IT Staff Trainer for Central Scotland). On-Site Engineer for Silicon Group (Alloa) before starting out on my own, overall I have Worked in IT Industry from 1995 in Computer Sales & Support.
